Refund & Returns Policy

 

Thank you for your purchase from Dessert Avenue.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our policy focuses on providing replacements for qualified issues, not refunds.


 

1. Damages or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within one (1) hour of the delivery or collection time to report the issue. We will then evaluate the claim and determine if it is eligible for a replacement.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on any desserts or beverages. All sales are considered final. This includes all branded drinks, which are not eligible for replacement or refund under any circumstances.

 

3. Eligibility for a Replacement

 

To be eligible for a replacement due to a defect or error, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The issue must be reported within one (1) hour of receiving your order.

  • You must provide a clear receipt or proof of purchase.

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • The defective or damaged item must not have been consumed by more than 25%. The driver will collect the item upon verification of the issue to provide a replacement.

 

4. Compensation & Replacement Process

 

If your claim is verified and approved, we will either provide a replacement of the same item or offer a form of compensation at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the terms of this policy are not met.

Delivery of Replacement:

  • If you wish to add any additional items to a replacement order, you will be responsible for all additional costs, including any delivery charges.

  • If a replacement order is delivered to you, you may be asked to pay the standard delivery fee.

  • In the case of an incorrect collection order, we may deliver the correct items to you, and an additional delivery charge may apply.


 

5. Order Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be canceled once we have begun preparing them. You must review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
